About Spire Home Inspection
I am Skip Tucker, and I operate Spire Home Inspection here in Waynesville. I personally perform each inspection for clients throughout Western North Carolina so you can work directly with the inspector who is on site at your property.
Before becoming a home inspector, I spent more than 20 years gaining hands-on experience in residential construction. That experience included building homes from the ground up, constructing additions and decks, installing doors and windows, and completing a wide range of other residential construction projects. This background gives me practical experience with how homes are built and how their systems and components work together.
Since 2015, my focus has been thorough, unbiased inspections with practical explanations and detailed digital reporting that help buyers, sellers, and homeowners make informed decisions.
